In the selection procedure conducted by VANCOOP EOOD with a public invitation under Art. 51 of the ZUSEFSU and PMS No. 4/11.01.2024, the contractor is determined to be the candidate who proposed the most economically advantageous offer, which includes: Optimal quality/price ratio When determining a contractor using the criterion “Optimal quality/price ratio”, the ranking of the offers admitted to participation is carried out based on the “Complex evaluation” (CO) received from each offer, as the sum of the individual evaluations according to the previously determined indicators. When these evaluation criteria are selected, the methodology for evaluating the submitted offers is a mandatory element of the contracting authority’s documentation.
